Yeah i'm starting on thursday night, and ending friday night.

last time i did CKD, i ended up carbing up just for 1 day from morning to bedtime. I had earlier tried a 24 hour carb up, i.e. from friday evening to saturday evening, but that wasn't working too well for me. I got better results on the 1 day carb up.

I think next week, I'll just do the full day carb up.

How long were you on ckd. Good results.

Last time i did it (kinda modified) i went from 185-160. I've put on more lean mass since then, so i'm hoping to get down to about 165ish this time.

Thanks Millie

i did it for about 12 weeks and went from 140 to 120. i was happy with those results, since it took some time for me to actually adjust to the whole thing and figure out what works best for me.

Nice work!!

How did you adjust after the diet? I found that my body is pretty good at adapting to different phases in dieting.

thanks :) i am not hardcore like most of the ladies on the board, but that met my goals.

after the CKD, i had to deal with bloating for a few weeks, especially since i was eating tons of veggies. the first week was the worst. but i still kept my calories submaintenance. after 3-4 weeks i had pretty much adjusted and could bring my calories to maintenance levels.
