about to start my first cutting cycle in about a month, done about 4-5 bulking cycles before, so this should be interesting to say the least.
so here's my question>

do you guys eat beef as in hamburgers (extra lean of course)? I love my burgers!! what other goods do you eat, i'm outta food ideas.
i went out and bought myself a foreman grill for chicken breasts.
any food ideas would be much appreciated. i'm looking to loose that extra fat gained from bulking cycles, about 10-15 lbs.

I got all my goodies including yohimburn - i have to try this for myself, there are so many mixed reviews.

I go to the supermarket or butcher, and buy a few lbs of top round steak. I tell them to trim all the visible fat off, then grind it up. I use that for hamburger meat...although I don't use any bread :)
 
protein sources i include are as follows...i need variety cause i get bored fast...

*chicken (boiled/broiled/baked,etc)
*turkey
*sirloin steak
*crab meat
*shrimp
*veggie burgers & hot dogs (excellent choice btw)
*filet of sole
*salmon
*tuna
*low sodium turkey/chicken/ham deli slices
*the list goes on and on...
 
i mainly eat tuna, turkey breast, chicken breast, fat free cottage cheese and protein powder.
I also drink wyler's lite cool raspberry, which is a generic version of crystal light, and I eat a lot of sugar free jello too.
I eat low fat ice cream after i lift for carbs.
