Here's a few Paragraphs I just wrote for School.

We watched a short video on the Olympics in class and we were told to write a little bit about it.

This is what I wrote:

"To be a champion, you must be able to go through this pain period, if you can go through this pain period - then you may get to be a champion - if you can't go through this pain period - forget it" - Arnold Schwarzenegger, 1975 Mr. Olympia Contest in South Africa.

Ya Ya Ya I know - that wasn't in the video. So what? Sue me. Just kidding don't! Seriously though that sums up life right there. Life is all about pain and obstacles. Wait - Life is full of pain and obstacles, but it's up to you to conquer them. You do this by conquering yourself first.

You got it rough? So what - deal with it. Grow from it, learn from it and overcome it. It's all about viewing life as a game. A chess board. Difficult yet simple. Just like a Nintendo game, there are levels, some are easy, some are hard - but with intelligent persistencec and focus you will come to dominate them.

Whether it's to make it to the olympics, graduate high school or stay consistent on a nutritional program - a goal is a goal. To hit that goal you can't walk around with your head in your ass. (Well, maybe the high school graduating one).

Yes it takes determination and desire, ,but it also takes a plan of action. "Tha time is now - the placee is here." Take care of it now. Do not procrastinate - because I garauntee when you're 65 years - old, sitting next to Ethel at the Bingo table you'll feel sorry for yourself since you blew your opportunities away when you were young. The older you get - the more you regret. That is unless you take action when you can. Why do you think so many old people play the lottery, buy Scratchers and waste their lives at casinos? Trying to make up for lost time - that's why. Hell if I was 65 and all I had to look forward to in my life was that $700 dollars a month social security check, ,then my ass would be blowing half of that paycheck trying to "Quick Pick" those lucky 6 numbers too.

We're all going to live and we're all going to die, ,might as well make the most out of living. "Heaven is what you make it, and Hell is what you go through." - Wu Tang, 1997.

Then when I was finished with the paper, I put a little arrow saying "turn around" and I wrote:

I would also like to end with a quote from the ever so poetic Two Live Crew:

"SAVE THE DRAMA FO' YO' MAMA' "
&
"DON'T COMPLAIN TO ME BEEEEEEEEYAAAAATCH"

Later,

Crum :bday:
