Here is my diet

I am trying to slim down. First I am on 75mgs of fina eod and soon 400mgs of cyp a week.

My diet consists of
1. oatmeal in the morning when I wake up
I then hit the gym 2 hours later
2. I eat a chicken breast with salsa and some squash
3. more of the same two hours later
4. Protein shake
5. Yummy ckicken breast with salsa and a little fat free cottage cheese
6. Chicken breast or round steak before I go to bed.

I don't eat any carbs after four o'clock.
I am also taking hydroxycut three caps, three times a day.
I am doing this 7 days a week. Some people say I should reward myself once a week. But only in the morning. I am going into my second week of this diet and it's getting old allready. But I know I can do it.
Does this sounds like it should work for taking off the fat? Any help is so much appriecated.

Thanks guy's

IMO...you will lose muscle as well as shed BF...these diets that promote protein and no carbs just don't cut for me and many more peeps because of inconsistency in macronutrients...in other words, there's no BALANCE...chances are, you'll have a rebound effect, once you're thru w/ your diet...in addition, where's the GOOD fat in your diet...i don't see any...?it will help create a "natural" thermogenic...---fyi

you should eat red meat at least once a week when on gear and you don't need a cheat day-it's up to you to see if 1 cheat day will mess up your fat loss

What do you mean good fat. Can you name some?

There are natural fats that are good for you body. You could supplement with Flax seed oil or I believe Salmon has a lot of good fat too. There are other foods that carry this good fat. All natural peanut butter at a tablespoon or two a day is supposed to be good.

GOOD LUCK

Bro. you could just go to your local vitamin shop and ask for flaxseed oil.I mix a tablespoon of that with my protein shake. The key to losing fat is not decrease your carb intake, BUT to increase the quality of carbs you intake. very important....follow the Glycemic index for carb value. The lower the the GI VALUE on a specific food, the lower your blood sugar raises.... :)
