WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 — Herbert L. Block, the Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist for The Washington Post, who under the name “Herblock” skewered every president since Herbert Hoover, died Sunday. He was 91. Block, who died of pneumonia at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, was acclaimed by Donald E. Graham, chairman and chief executive of The Post, as “the greatest cartoonist of all time.”

I don't expect kindness, but judgment. That's why I wish to leave behind people who are thankful for my time iwth them: my wife, my two boys, and many friends.
Dying is easy. We should be judged by what we do while alive.
I didn't mourn the passing of the founder of teh American Communist Paty last year either. If that means that I am 'bitter,' so be it.

What do you mean? Do you mean what if I end up working in a garage in Cleveland? Again, what matters is teh effect I've had on the above named people in my life, not any financial success.
