Has anyone here had to have surgery on hemmoroids(sp)? If so, what were your experiences as far as time off from the gym. I'm going to start a cycle in a couple weeks and I will post pone it if I can't go to the gym and work out like normal.
I had external thrombosed roids removed and the key to the deal is you must make sure you clean yourself out before the surgery-2or3 weeks should be the most time off you'll need
