From my experience Milk Thistle is useless. I used it during an oral cycle and it made absolutely no impact on liver enzymes. I have never used Tyler's Detox, but my guess is that it would be uselss as well. The best thing is limit your use of harsh orals to 6 weeks max.

Are you saying you had bloodwork and you found it's useless? Hmm .. if thats the case i find that to be new news to me. Most people would tell you that milk thistle does help in protecting the liver maybe not a 100 % but it's still useful

Just my experience. Maybe it is effective for some, but I found it to be a waste . Much of these ancillaries are not necessary if cycles are kept to 4-6 weeks. Anything longer than that and you are asking for trouble.
