I am 5'8" and 145 lbs.
I want to bulk up and get some muscle, but at the same time, i want to lose the body fat that is around my stomach area to get a nice flat 6-pack
My questions are:
- What should I eat? How much should I eat? If I intake too many calories I wont be able to lose the fat in my stomach area, but if i dont take enough calories, i wont bulk up... So i have a dilemma. Is a high carb, high protein, low fat diet the way to go?
- Should I do cardio and weight training? If so, on the same day? and the frequency in which i should exercise per week.
