i just finished a cycle of fina and prop. the other day i was f*cking around, wrestling, and strained my shoulder bad. What should i do to limit the loss of my gains?

Are you on clomid right now? You should be on it once you finish your cycle to bring back your natural test levels. Also you may want to try some clen and use it for it's anti-catabolic effects. I would not advice lifting heavy when just finishing a cycle anyway, so maybe just do some light lifting. If you are hurt too bad to do that, then of course do not.
 
Combining anastrozol while on clomid has shown to help recovery of hpta as well. Without using the arm however, there is still going to be some atrophy that cant be avoided. Hope it gets better soon, injuries suck.

Because your body is going to be in a catabolic state after you finish with your cycle. Your natural test needs to get back to normal and until your chemical balance gets back into balance, you will be catabolic. I'm not saying don't lift heavy weights, but don't go for new records. If you like to use Weider principles, don't for awhile. Lift with intensity, but don't overdue it because your body can't recover the same.
 
just got back from the gym. i probably could have pushed out a chest workout, but it would hjave been a bit painful. i did arms instead- i think ill be back on schedule tomorrow.

has this ever happened to you? i cant lift my shoulder in certain angles, and it hurts when i sleep
