i started out in jan. i was 200lb.and 25% bf.
now i,m 176 and 13% b.f but i have alot of loose
skin on my abs. is there anything to take or do for it.
i eat 5 to 6 times a day.
mor.protein shake
mid morning : 8 oz. chicken and 1/2 cup rice
noon: same
mid noon:protein shake
eve:8 oz.chicken 1/2 cup rice
i lift 5 times a week and run 30 min.2 times a week
any suggestions would be much appreciated
 
Low carbs,High Lignan Flax oil,ECA stack,and last but not least cardio early morning on empty stomach if time permits.1 gallon h2o daily if not more.This should help those last stubborn pounds come right off.:cool:
 
If you're young, the skin will tighten up in time. Work your abs hard, so you have muscle under that skin. If you're getting older, alas, your collegen in your skin starts to break down and tightening is harder. Tummy tuck is a possibility.
 
Add some good fats to your diet!! Also you need to be doing more cardio. Abs are 90% diet, but you have to be lean in order for them to show....conditioning is the key, proper training and cardio will bring them in, you should be doing at least 4-5 days a week, 45-hour of cardio, empty stomach is best. It takes discipline to bring em in:)
