Ok, I'm 24, 194, 10-12% bf. My goal is to get to 7-8%

Critique my diet.....

8am- 5 egg whites/1 yolk- 1 packet oatmeal/berries
11am- workout
12:30- metrx/bannana/blue berries
3:30- grilled chicken salad with veggies/olive oil
6:30- steak, baked potato, small green salad
10pm- 50 grams whey/mixed with natural peanut butter

workout-
monday- upper body
tuesday- cradio
wed- lower body
thurs- cardio
fri- upper body
sat- cardio
sun-off

how does this sound>?

Here are my suggestions.. some may disagree, just my opinion:

meal one: leave out the berries. You'll have enough carbs from the met-rx

meal two: leave out the bananna and blueberries.
(same reason as meal one)

meal three: looks good, although I would probably leave out the veggies since you'll be having the salad.

meal four: Replace the steak w/ chicken. Much leaner. Ditch the potato. It has a GI index of 85.. way too high for cutting.

meal five: I'd go with about 35 grams of whey since you'll already be getting protein from the peanut butter.

Don't forget, the key to fat loss is burning more cals than you consume. Keep your carbs pretty low, protein high, fat mod/low.
