help with winstrol

I have 50 mg tabs of winstrol. Can someone tell me how much I should be taking a day. I have been taking half a pill a day. Is that to low? 24 yr old female. Thanks for your help!!!!!

If you are for real, then Welcome to the Board.

Right away i have to tell you that before you should be taking anything you should be well educated on the subjects. There is no specific dose to take. It varys on experience, needs, goals. Aside from that i dont think i can help you much with this subject nor will most people in this section as they are guys and the same principals do not apply to us. Try posting this in the Womans board and you should get alot of post from women bb's who know first hand. You shoul dquickly find your anwsers there.

Post this on the womens forum. You'll get more responses there. If you've never taken anything before, you might find 25mg/day of winstrol to be quite harsh.
