Help with Sustanon cycle

So I am wanting to run 250mg of sustanon twice a week, for 12 weeks..
what would be best to run with sustanon to cut up during the gaining process? I heard Anavar
How often should I run Anavar or whatever for cutting? Everyday? how many mg?
Also im getting Nolvadex to run 3 weeks after last injection..
should I run an HCG also? and when?

also should i run nolvadex or clomid?

5'8.5..
23 yrs old.
low bf, but not exactly sure how much.
I eat 6 times a day, rice chicken, talapia, salmon, eggs, protein bars and shakes.
 
Bro if your 5'8" and 154lbs you need to hold off on gear and get your diet down.
Also 2x a week of sust is not a very good way if running it. EOD is how you would want to go and if it's your first cycle you will get tired real fast of pinning that often.
 
do your homework on aas and educate yourself man. Seems like you literally don't know a thing. It's better to learn and understand by doing research first and then asking questions than being totally clueless.
 
Im going to let you in on a secret, the most anabolic substance on earth, that will pack slabs of muscle on you is food. Take the money you were going to spend on juice, and Go to your local grocery store. Buy all the steak, eggs, chicken, turkey,and fish you can afford. Eat till you wanna puke then eat some more. Do this about 6-8 times a day. And add a shake or two daily. Shakes dont count as meals, they are supplements. So use them as such. In about a year or two you should be pushing 200+. Then consider juice.

listen to this and all the other advice that was given to you because you are way undersized and your cycle setup is completely fucked... you need to eat way more tham you are
