help with spectro

I'm going to be careful with my words here.

I think I'm getting a "run-around." They won't get back to me and, other than get totally freak out, I don't know what to do about it.

Can anyone suggest something?

I know, this shouldn't be happening as they've got an excellent rep., but it sure as hell is happening.

dont worry about it.....spectro will come thru for sure...they'll be back up and running shortly....i've heard this from a number of reliable sources....just be patient.....you're not getting the run around
