I have taken the advice that everyone gave and decided to not take any sauce to try and achieve my goals. I will give it 6 months and lets see where I stand.
My first question is the flabby "2nd" chin that I have. I have had it for about 10 years and that is one of the first things that I want to lose. My bodyfat is at 20% and my goal is 15%. I understand that a regular exercise routine and good diet are crucial, but are there any exercises that help speed up the progress.
My second question is about my traps, they seem to be growing quite a bit faster than the rest of my body, I have jumped from doing shoulder shrugs with 90 for for 10 reps to 250 in just 3 weeks, my only additive being creatine. My strength has increased alot in the rest of body, but it isnt nearly as noticeable, should I be weary of continuing to workout my traps or will the rest of my body catch up and be proportional.
Last is my calves, they were quite large to begin with and the trainer said I shouldnt work them out, unless doing small amounts at high reps. What do you guys think, I get a good 15 min cardio warm up each day before workout, is that enough for my legs?
Thanks for everything,
Brendon
