Help with Sleep

Sup bro's,

I am hoping someone out there can please help me! This is getting rediculous.

I just recently broke up with my girlfriend. We were together for almost 2 years. She found another guy. Since then, I have been training harder than ever, and eating a clean perfect diet.

However, I have not been able to take my mind off of her for even a minute. I am starting to really fuck up at work and school because all I do is sit there and think about her. Luckily, I seem to be able to concentrate in the gym. However, the real problem occurrs at night. Most nights I can not get to sleep at all. I mean literally zero hours of sleep. A couple nights ago I dosed off for maybe 30 minutes, but most nights I am not even that lucky. I feel like my workouts and diet are going to shit because I can't seem to sleep at all!

Also, in about 2 weeks I am gonna start a dbol, sust, deca cycle. I really hope I can get my sleeping problem worked out by then. I am so desperate, does anyone have any suggestions please?
 
dude that dose not sound good at all, find a new hotter girl and youll be ok, thats what i always do. have you tried any of the OTC sleeping pills, they usually work pretty well for me.

I feel for you bro. I know the feeling of having a girl in your head 24/7 regardless. You made the right choice on getting your mind on the gym/diet. It really helps.

Getting a new girl helps a lot, but getting bigger and having a bunch of girls want you is almost better. You can do BOTH.

I was in the same situation and i got my revenge on ‘that girl’ when she saw me 60 more pounds a year later. I literally had her on her knees.

Now revenge is over, my lifting is all for personal goals, which has put me at the happiest times in my life so far.

You might want to give gaba a try. It's legal. It gets me really tired, just don't take it close to a meal... i puked on it once doing that. People get different results on it.
 
go get a job at LeBares in Dallas Texas since your a BB it will be easy, you will have more girls following you home that you can fight off. then you wont remember "whats her name"!!!

my bro who was mr.teen texas for the last few years will be following that path in the next few months after the Heart of Texas show this summer.
 
Keep tearin it up at the gym bro----you'll feel better about yourself.....look better....get more chickies!!! It always just takes a little "suck-ass" time to move on!

Now back to your ? on sleep:

try:
skull cap (calms and relaxes)
melatonin (puts you to sleep ---doesn't work for some??)
valerien root (calms and relaxes)
kava-kava (relaxant)

Take these 1-2 hours before you go to sleep and you'll be dreaming of hotter, sexier, yummier women than "what's her name??"":D

If that doesn't work----TEMPORARILY--you may try Alka-seltzer Night-time!!! That shit fucking rocks----no lie!!!! (It's for colds/flu symptoms by the way) so you can NOT take it all the fucking time!!!!

I'd say go with Melatonin for a sleep aid. I know how it is at night just laying there. All sorts of thoughts and ideas creep in your head. Keep on lifting hard and growing! You'll be fine, time will eventually solve the problem............it always does.

Diesel3d, I am not sure if he is big, I have never seen him. All I know is that he is a construction worker. But it really doesn't matter, even if he's 10X my size, he better pray he doesn't ever meet me!

I have melatonin, that doesn't seem to work very well for me. Maybe I will try that Kava stuff....I just really hope that time helps. I am like a walking zombie lately.
 
Bro just keep training hard ,now you have a new reason for motivation to be bigger and better when she sees you again. I know I've been there many times and I just hit the training harder and taned and the babes will come to you, you will not have to chase them, theres nothing you can do about it except it and watch for the new ones you will see soon. One monkey dont stop no show.

You're a lucky man. You'll need a bat to beat them away in a few weeks!!

MY best advice:
Keep your chin up and concentrate on more constructive things to do with your time.

As for your sleep, I'm paranoid of pills because I can get hooked on stuff very easily. You're not just lying in bed with the lights off for hours on end are you? You may laugh but if you really can't fall asleep try reading the bible with just enought light in the room to read. You won't make it more than 20 minutes guarenteed!

Nothing anybody says is going to really make you feel better. The only thing that will make you feel better is time which kinda sucks because it takes so long. If your like me I would say you need time alone to tell your self to fuck off and stop caring even though it's really hard. Bust your ass in the gym gain some good muscle and say to yourself, "If we didn't break up I wouldn't be this big and strong. Just lift bro, even harder, and don't let those emotions slow you down, make them speed you up even though it is very hard to do, Do It Anyway. Don't take your stuff yet bro. Once your sleeping is as good as yourt diet and training, then think of using it.
 
melatonin should work pretty good...if not....if ya' can get hold of any of the blue footballs...(Xanex) take a half...you'll be A-OK....hah ha!!!
