Always had shoulder spurrs etc, haven't caused me a problem so far, but lately I have had, without training, a really painful problem. I can lift myself up no pain at all, bicep curls etc no pain, the only pain I have is when my arms etc are in the bench press position, last week I couldn't even lift a couple of kilos with it, it was that bad, but went straight over to the chins and did weighted dips etc, with no pain. Anyone help with this position of the arms and the pain.
