Help with shin pain ?

85 % of my tren sides have all but gone , the last one i'm at a loss as to how to fix it .

I have constant shin pain .... by the end of the day is a dive into the ibuprofin bottle and then an hour in the hot tub or i'll lay awake all night in utter agony .

Any ideas whats causing the shin pain and or what i can do to rid myself of it .
