Help with my stack after injury, appreciated

Hi guyz, some good posts out there. i reasonably new to this forum but have been reading ur posts regularily.

I have been training for 5 years now clean, except when i used some gear 7 years ago with more fat and water than muscle gain. i know now having read ur posts that i got it all wrong.

now the dilemma, after training, i achieved 240 lbs w 17% bf. At this point i was embarking on a serious cutting phase and done a major injury to my back which had put me out of training for 6 months now i am back to where i started all those years ago 190 lbs and 22% bf and i just cant bring myself to go thru all those years just to get back to where i was. So im biting the bullet and gonna try some gear again but this time i want to do it right.

HERES WHAT I HAVE

35 x 250mg SUS, 25 x 250mg Test Enthanate, 50 x 50mg Deca, 15 x 100mg Primo depot, 34 x 6mg GH, 100 x 20mcg Tertroxin (T 3), 28 x 1mg Arimidex, 20 x 5mg Tamoxifen, 28 x 5mg Finasteride, 20 x 2000iu Profasi, 90 x 20mcg Clen and unlimited supply of ECA

I know u didnt really want my life history here but i was hoping that u genuine guyz out there might shed some light on a good bulking cycle followed by a good cutting cycle. i have got myself back into reasonable shape again and got the all clear to do some serious training again.

i'm kinda in the same dilemna as you.. had an injury that had me out for 3 months and i NEED to be back in shape.

anyway, so you have

15000mg test
2500mg deca
1500mg primo
28mg arimi
only 100mg nolva
and proscar


the other shit, t3/clen/hgh i know nothing about so won't comment on..

as for a cycle why not try something like this.

test 750mg wks 1-10
deca 400mg wks 1-6
primo 400mg wks 7-9, 300mg wk 10
.5 mg arimi EOD or ED throughout
DON'T TAKE FINASTERIDE WITH DECA - YOU'LL LOSE YOUR LOCKS
and you need more nolva - as you'll want to take 40mg ed if symptoms appear until symptoms go away then 20mg eod afterwards... but they may not come up with the arimi

Firstly, i hope uve recovered from ur injury and getting back on track, toughest hurdle of my life just getting back into the gym. Anyway....

Thats kinda what i had in mind, except i was thinking 1000mg of test wk 1-10. i think i was probably willing to push things to the limited just to get my size back.

when u pointed out about my nolvadex, i realised it was a typo, should have read 35 x 20mg = total of 700mg.

still if u have any knowlegde at all on how best to reduce bf as i have gained a lot over the past months and will no doubt gain some more after doing this...

well.. i was thinking about it and you are a pretty big dude at 240 lbs. i think you might be right at thinking a gram a week.. but that also depends on how you react to it. you said you juiced before. did test work well for you or did you have to up the dosage? i think you could definitely consider at least front loading the first two weeks at 1 gram to 1250mg then run it at 750mg weeks 3-10 anyhow. and that nolva should be enough for ya.

i'm not sure what you're asking about the bodyfat thing. but i can tell you that we are definitely both in the same boat. i stopped working out for 3 - 3.5 months and gained about 5% bodyfat and lost some muscle. but i've mentally prepared myself to put up with the fat. i'm not going to try dieting before or lose bodyfat before or during my cycle. all i want is size back then i'll cut next year... so i am prepared for a long, fat winter..

i thought i was on the right track and uve helped to confirm that.

the body fat question is that i have access to GH, T3, Clen and ECA and i would probably use them as a cutting cycle at the end of my bulking but they are all very new to me and was looking for a bit of input.... my problem is that i love my food anfd i can tolerate cardio to a point, so any info on how to use these in a cutting cycle or any other tips that u might know or use. But ur right, right now i'm more concerned about getting my size back.

my downfall the last time i did this was not being prepared for continuing training without the juice and lost all my gains and kept on eating like a horse and ended up, well im sure u can imagine....not a pretty site and definately not what i set out to achieve, so this time i want to be prepared before i even start. that seems to be a big theme on this forum.

as a matter of me being nosey, what u takin to bulk up??
 
well... i'm starting this cycle in 8 days (was supposed to be tomorrow, but the hand still ain't up for it).

test 700mg wks 1-2, 500mg wks 3-10
deca 300mg wks 1-10
dbol 30mg ed wks 1-5
winny 50mg ed wks 6-12 (maybe 100mg wks 11&12).

nolva - might take throughout... but won't if i decide to pick up some arimidex.

clomid post cycle.


that's it. hoping to gain 20 lbs the first 6-8 weeks and use the last 4 to harden it up.
