Help with my first cycle

Hey bro was just looking some advise on my first cycle. here is my stats as of today......

I done all my weigh ins and body fat the day here is the results
30 years old
5ft 11.5inches
14.4st 201.6pound
body fat is 19.3

My sups and gear is as follows
Anavar isis 50mg
muti vits
cod liver oil
optimum whey protein

I have my diet on check im going for a very low carb high protein diet.So my question is what test should i take with 100mg of anavar ED im looking to cut my bf dwn and get some gains.Could you please give me a full cycle to do what i need exactly and dosages,PCT etc.Im only looking to run my cycle for 8weeks and dont want to be pinning more than 2times aweek btw.

I would drop that body fat down before you begin to cycle.

your FAR to overweight to be running a cycle... You have a lot of work to do before you are ready for a cycle... you should start with sarms to help you get your body fat down... read some of my articles on sarms to educate yourself...
