Help with my first cycle. (I'm a noob)

Hello, I'm 22 years old, 5'11", 149 lbs. With about 8% body fat. So yes, I'm pretty skinny and I want to put on some mass. I previously did some lifting in highschool where my greatest weight was around 158 lbs. I have a pretty fast metabolism still and I have burned off a lot of that weight as it turned into fat when I stopped lifting.
I am thinking about running a cycle of deca at 500mg a week with a good diet to go along with it. I have been working out for a few months to get the kinks out before I juice up.
I have been thinking about adding an oral to go with this but I am worried about all the side effects those bring. My family has a history of baldness and i don't want to speed up the process. I have also been doing a lot of research lately before I get into this and I have found that the oral tablets are hard on ms upsets of your body and the muscle gained by them will leave quickly.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated as this is my first time ever using steroids and anything helps. Thanks
 
You need more training and natural eating. Too young and too undersized, you have plenty of time so build a great foundation to build upon. You could hit 180 at least just with hard work and good diet.
 
You have no natural foundation to work with, so at this point AAS would be a waste. You have plenty of natural testosterone, and with this, diet, a solid training program, and hard work, you'll achieve much better results and "keepable" gains.

Plus, you'd never run Deca by itself. You'd need to add in a significant dose of testosterone weekly as well. You'll also need plenty of on-cycle support as well as a solid PCT, as Deca is going to shut you down hard. Deca, as well as Tren are not compounds to use for a first, or even a second cycle in my opinion.

I'm not bashing you, but just from your original post it doesn't sound like you did a whole lot of research into this.
 
No thanks for letting me know. Well I have been researching for a a week or two but you're right I definitely need to research more. I was just looking for a type with less side effects and deca seemed like, from the research I did, as easier on the body. Thanks for the input though. I will start doing what you suggested.

Bro, you need to hit the gym for another couple years before you touch gear
 
GYM, & DIET!! you need quite a bit more experience and natural size before you use aas. Definate do not do deca for a first. Just test, 500mg/week, 10 weeks. Thats a solid first cycle, and thats it. deca maybe 4th or 5th cycle, after you have experienced the sides from other aas and kindof know what your getting into (Deca Dick).
Hit the gym for 2.5 or MORE hard years. Eat 6 solid meals a day, 200g protein (no shakes or bars, real food ;P), 450g GOOD carbs, 3500 - 4000 cal. and Hard in the gym. Build a base to work with, thats the only way to get results.
