I was about the same BF% as you. I didnt do weights for about 3/4 months, I just did Cardio to get down to 14%
I know do weights 4 days, cardio 1 as Im ok with my size now.
I just take a fat burner 3 times a day and do cardio for 2/3/4 months with a well planned diet. stick to it and the weight will come off.
