help with my diet plan?

I'm currently 5'11 at 185 around 20% b/f. I'm planning on getting it under 10%. Ive been training for over a year. I've been kinda/sorta watching my diet, and doing some cardio. but i just wanted a little help on what types of meals i should eat throught the day. can anyone help me out?
 
Also, Can you guys tell me what are the best supplements I should take to help me get ripped up and lose that extra fat around my waist? thanks

I was about the same BF% as you. I didnt do weights for about 3/4 months, I just did Cardio to get down to 14%

I know do weights 4 days, cardio 1 as Im ok with my size now.

I just take a fat burner 3 times a day and do cardio for 2/3/4 months with a well planned diet. stick to it and the weight will come off.
