Help With My Cycle

Hey I recently was released from being incarserated for the past 2 years and have been working out good but this is my first cycle in a while. I have 20 amps of the Norma Deca and 15 Amps of Sus. Any advice on the best way to run this would be great..Thanks

well we need alot of info bro...height weight yadda yadda...as well as were you working out in there or did you lose alot of muscle...are you starting from square one again...and when ya say just released does that mean yesterday or what, basically how long have you been working out on the outside....little more info and we can help a little better bro

Ok Im 5'11 201 lbs I've been working out my whole bid when I went in two years ago i was actually only 180lbs. We had all the weights needed in there so it was good There where time where you couldnt work out for like a month stretch but all in all not bad. i gained 20 lbs like I said both fat and muscle. For the next 4 months i''l be restricted to certain things so my workouts will be in my home. But im pretty good there too with a Bench,Incline,And Decline Bench squat rack curl bar leg curls And treadmill plus Dumbells...

all in all dont sound too bad but what i would say to do is wait for the next couple months to where you can hit a gym, i know it may not be what ya want to hear and i see you have alot at home but why not just wait 4 more months join a gym and if you cant make it to the gym then rely on what you have at home....i mean you waited this long i dont see 4 months being all that much more to wait....once your ready get yourself 5 more sust amps and run a 10 weeker of 500mg week sust and 400mg week deca....i dont like sust but im going by what it is you have.....goodluck bro and happy holidays
 
I hear you but I will sill be doing the Cycle now,I have had good results in the past with running cycles and working out strictly at home. i appreciate the feedback
