Hello, I`m 24 training for 7years. The last 2years i had an accident and i couldnt train much. I`m 1.80meters tall and 96kgr weight 22%bf. I`m now on week3 of my cutting cycle:
week 1-12: 200mg dnp/d
week 1-12: ECA Stack
week 1-12: Madopar HBS 125mg/d
week 1-8: T3 75mg/d
I have lost so far 8kgr and as i see i`m loosing about 300grams/d
My diet is 70/20/10 (protein/carbs/fats)
I do cardio 30min/d 80% max cardiac rate
And weights 3times /w for 30-40min
The question is:
Should i put some proviron in this cycle for little hardness? and how much?
I`m thinking about 75mg/d
