Help with my cutting cycle please

5'11, 208 pounds, 25 y/o

Heres what I am thinking for a cutting cycle.

12 Week Cycle

Tren--300 ml EW (Weeks 1-6) 450 ml (Weeks 7-12)

Anavar-- 30 MG ED (Weeks 1-6) 50 MG ED (Weeks 7-12)

Winny-- 50 MG ED (Weeks 1-8), 100 MG ED (Weeks 9-12)

Test-E-- 600 ml EW (weeks 1-12)

Equipose 450 ml EW (Weeks 1-12) Maybe raising the doses if suggested.

Only real requirement is looking to take weekly injections if possible..

why are you ramping the dosages up like that?

whats your current diet look like?

too much gear imo

weekly injections isnt gona happen

Diet is on track... I am going to work out naturally for a few more weeks before I start on the cycle. What would you recommend dropping or what doses would you readjust.

my boy is just saying - unless youve done a lot of juice that cycle is going to be overwhelming

trenbolone + equipose together sets me apart from the public
it turns me into a ripped wierdo
 
This would be my second cycle.... the first I ran a couple years back, which was

500mg of test for 8weeks:
200mg of eq for 8weeks:
40mg/day BD Dbol 8weeks:

Diet

Breakfast (7 am)- Protein Shake or some 2 glasses of skim milk and fat free yogurt

Snack (9-9:30)- Same as breakfast (whatever I dont have for breakfast I have for the snack)

Lunch (1130)- Grilled chicken salad (with just lettuce/cucumbers, no dressing or anything else)

Then before I work out I am taking 3 Lipodrene w/ 25 mgs epehedra per pill

Immediately after workout - Another protein shake (430pm-530pm)

Dinner (730 pm) only meal I dont have planned.. sometimes another grilled chicken salad, sometimes another protein shake.. but lately i have been having whole wheat spghetti for dinner w/ skim milk.

do you run a test base with the Tren and EQ and what levels/ how long do you run them for?

Way way WAY too heavy for a second run! U need to stick to the test and eq, then maybe do var for the last 6 weeks only. Even that is heavier than what i normally recommend for a no 2. Save the tren and the winny for later bro. That cycle is appropriate for like no 8 or something.
 
yo Swoll, you tried adding OATS to your morning -lunch protein shakes?

its fucking great for carb control and energy source when your zigzagging carbs....

tuna is great to eat at night no carbs high protein great fats

What is this, about 1500 cals. LOL
Try adding 6-8 egg whites and a couple of yolks with 2 cups cooked oats mixed with protein powder for breakfast.
then your snack meal should be 8-12 oz lean meat(no cold cuts) with some spinach and complex carbs or a salad.
lunch should be like snack but more cals.
about 90 min or so before workout eat a snack or a small meal(bananas are good)
post workout should be a protein or mass shake followed by a decent size meal like lunch.
right before bed have another shake with milk instead of water.
Drink a gallon of water and 2-3 glasses of milk throughout the day.
That should get your calories up to par.
