Due to a hectic work schedule I am having to lift in the mornings. I am waking up at 5 and in the gym by 5:35. Start off witih 10mins of cardio to warm things up and then lift app. an hour. I then do 30min of cardio. Plese give me tips on pre and post nutrition. I use to do just cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach with great results but I am not sure what to do since I am now lifting in the morning also and want to maximize me muscle growth.
