Has anyone purchased Spellwin's new sale object: Muscular Growth Secrets of Schwarzenegger's Trainer - Once Forgotten, Now Revealed...

If so, please hit me up with some details. I'd heard great things about the trainer, Vince Gironda, whom supplies the info for this book, and i'd like to hear what people think.
