at least 4 IU's per day. all my research tells me to take it right before sleep since that is when the GH levels are at the highest. Also, I read something interesting about the Glutamine. If you take 2 grams before going to bed, it will increase the Gh levels pretty good(Not 100% sure about this one). You can do insulin but do your homework before you even think about using it. T3 and test will definitley help.
