Help with friends cycle

Hey so my buddy called me today and he got some Sustanon. Its 275mgs per ml this is what he told me. Now we were trying to figure out how he could split up the dose at the mgs per ml ratio. He dont want to go really high on the dose this is his third cycle First was Deca alone Second was Deca and Sus stacked. both ten weeks he see good results i could barely recognize him lol. So should he up the dose up this third cycle if so say around 400mgs ew for the ten weeks again. He said he only wants to shoot twice a week also i tried to tell him to shoot at least e3d but he said he wants to shoot twice ew. So if he was to shoot e3d how could we get this at around 400 ew for ten weeks. Im not very good at math and its racking my brain so i figured i would ask to good peeps of EF. Thanks.

Every three days sounds good. How many mL's total for the Sust?

if you shoot 3/4 of a ml on twice a week it will give you around 400mg. 412 mg. if you wanna get specific hope this helps.

275mgs per ml he has 10mls right now and is going to try and get anouther vile.

I told him the same thing. I also told him to shoot on like a Sunday and a Thursday. But he said that he would rather shoot every 4 days if that was the case to keep is levels more stable but i told him that he wouldnt be getting as much mgs per week if he did it like this because he would be getting two shots in every 8 days not 7. Would the shots on Sun and Thurs be ok and not mess with getting unstable hormone levels that much.

Oh yeah i told him and its his third so he knows lol. I know how a lot of bros are though about that stuff i have read to many threads about "shit gyno out of no where" nothing on hand need to order now what do you guys suggest. So about the Sun and Thur shots will his levels still stay pretty stable.

On my second cycle now so no expert, but a did a sus only cycle a few tears ago. Nowhere near as good as a tren/ prop cycle imho but im after lean mass.

Anyway, I was injecting 1 ml twice a week. Its a mixture of esters so should make a massive difference to blood levels if you inj say monday and thursday.

For what its worth I hardly go anything off a 6 week cycle on that (apart fro fat!), but I was dumb back then and took it with no AI or PCT so my own fault I guess

1ml sus(275mg) e3d, put 1ml deca (200mg) in every second shot to save yourself another hole in the arse.for a third cycle, it worth considering using dbol for the first few weeks at 40mg ed for the first 4 weeks. use proper pct and you will get some qualtiy gains off this cycle.

1/4 ml Mon, Wed, Frid would be 412mg per week.
