I have posted up before about this issue, but seems to be getting real bad now that I am on AAs. I had shoulder surgery about 4 years ago (clavicular rescection/mumford procedure). Long story short, my shoulder is lagging, all three heads, and is affecting chest too. How can I get left side to catch up, extra sets?,more dumbell work? Right front delt is like a golf ball, left is like non-existent. Help please. Can I work just one side?
