Help with finding maintanence

I just started a new job which is very labor intensive, I'm on my feet for 10 hours doing QA for truck parts which basically means i pick up a 15 pound part, inspect it and pack it. i do this all day. It sucks but i thank god i have a job right now. its also in the dessert and the temp is 90-110 inside.

My question is how many calories do you guys think i need for maintenance. I've already lost 15 pounds working and i have only been there for a month. i have been working out on and off for 10 years and as of right now I'm 6'2", 210. i have already started to show a 4 pack. I'm worries that I'm not eating enough because i have started to feel light headed at work lately. i drink about 2 gallons of water a day though so i know I'm hydrated. my diets looks like this right now.

1. 3eggs/protein shake/.5cup oats
2. 8oz lean meat with veggies
3.protein shake/serving almonds
4. 8oz chicken with green veggies
5. tons of greens and 8oz lean meat (this is after work)
6. protein drink and 2tbsp ANPB

any advice will help. thanks
