I am currently 220 with 18% bodyfat, seems like alot but on jan 8th i weighed in at 251 and 33% bodyfat. I am aiming for july 4th to be in the best shape humanly possible. I am slowly starting to lean out mt carb intake and up my cardio to reignitr the fat burning process but i am a little un sure about the proper ratio of foods. i work out in the morning so is it allright to include oj in my postworkout sake and should i include my fats inthe rest of the days meals. I am currently taking winny at 50 mg eod and will incorporate 30 mg of var with some clen starting next week.My training consists of upon rising 30 min cardio (5 mile run or hiit sprints 6x a week ) followed by 30 min weight train 1 muscle group INTENSE. A little worried about overtraining but giving that fat loss is my number 1 goal is all this correct.?Any and all advice appreciated

Just be sure to vary your training routine (as far as intensity and volume are concerned) to avoid overtraining. Periodize your workouts.

Weight loss is really all about your diet. Carbs post workout are definitely a good thing, whenever you work out.

Just make sure you get your unsaturated fats in every day, and keep saturated fat to a minimum.

You sound like you're on the right track, keep it up man...good job so far.

If you were getting in about 2000 calories a day how much should consist of fats and how much carbs?

It all depends. there are different ratios you can try like:

40p/30c/30f

or

50p/30c/20f

or

33p/33c/33f

You have to find out what works best for you. And you will know when your body responds! Good luck!
