Thanks for looking in. Sorry if in wrong place...
I finished a 13-14 week bulk about 4 weeks ago and have been on what i had left of my T-Rex from my last cut. As i am running out of them i thought i would give a ECA stack a go to see how i react to it. Now i am unsure on cycling it and dosages etc and need alittle help.
Stats are...
Age 28
Weight around 179lb give or take
Doing 5 X 5 3 days and 2 days cardio
The eca stack is premade and looks like this
E- 25mg, C- 200mg, A-100mg
Now i am curious on what i asked before, what dailt dosages people take what time and how long before taking a break and how long the break is etc.
