what is a good daily anavar dosage and for how long is a good cycle?

also, if i have a Winstrol Zambon Spain 50mg/ml amp and just swallow the liquid (1ml) instead of injecting is it effective to use that way? i am wanting to take orally and i would hate to have to take 10 of the 5mg tabs and was wondering if i could just squirt a ml (50mg/ml) of the liquid instead-

also, what would be the best ancillaries to take with these (nolva and proviron?)

anavar at 40mg/ED for about 8 weeks is what i've been told, that will be included in my next cycle. Yes, you can drink the winny.

nolva and proviron shouldn't be necessary...although you might wanna take proviron for sex drive.
