help with diet

My fault i was in a rush when i typed that post.

stats: 254 6' 35% cutting natural for now

I am trying to follow the ckd diet, i am just not getting enough protein and calories in. My goal is a mass drop in weight, drop bmi from 35-20%. When I hit 20% start clen, t3 and YES to drop to low to mid teens. When i hit low to mid teens do an EQ deca stack to gain a little size and hardness.

Sorry, I have no idea on a CKD. If you want a regular cutting diet, let me know and I'll crib one off the stickies for you (or you could read the stickies and get one yourself). There may even be a total layout diet for CKD in the stickies. Have you checked?

I need help planning the actual diet. Maybe even mimic someone elses cutting diet. I have read all types of articles about diets. I am having trouble putting it together. today my meals were way under what i needed.

wake up- 6 egg whites 2 yolks 4 oz steak 1 piece of whole wheat bread

didn't eat anything else until dinner because it wasn't planned.

dinner-8 oz sirloin, 2 cups broccoli, 1 salad with crumbled egg and fat free italian dressing.

If i had it put together and planned I would be able to follow it. I have always had someone to plan my meals "nutritionist". Now that I don't have one I am having the most problems.
 
Planning meals I think is a little tough. I usually cut very well with a 45% pro, 25% carb, and 30% fat five days a week. Twice in the week I'll do 35% pro, 50% carb, and 15% fat to make sure I don't become too carb sensitive. Then I just plan my meals that way. They're not always x amount of protein carbs and fat. What has worked for you in the past when you used a nutrionist? That's what really matters.
 
low carb diets always worked for me with the correct supplements. I don't have any of the old diet plans. If i did, i would definitely be using them.

what is your email addy. i have a full ratio and caloric workup and breakdown i did for the ckd. I just can't plan the food.
