hey guys im starting this cycle hopefully next month. just want some advice on improving the cycle and pct.
ive lossed around 12 pounds in weight from an injury and currently trying get as much as i can back before i start.
ive just got my diet back in check. my daily caloirie intake is 4000-4500 a day with 250-300 grams of protein a day.
heres what im planning to do or something along the lines of.
Weeks 1-4 diesiel bolan and tfo 3 caps a day
forged liver support 2 caps every morning
weeks 5-8 hcgenerate 5 caps a day
Weeks 9-14 beastrol and epi strong 2 caps a day
15-18 hcgenerate 5 caps a day.
