help with cycle

i need help with cycle? ive taken a few before but want to lose fat and gain mass. i taken sust, dbol and deca before i just always lose gains. and the acne on my shoulders and back is still real bad. its been 2 months since last cycle? What should i take for next cylce?
 
You sound really young...How old are you and what are your stats if you don't mind me asking... ?
 
well you could probably be fine without gear, and just get results from training and a good diet, but with all that been said..I'm sure you will not listen to me so....

This is a solid cycle
.5mgs arimidex EOD
Test 500mgs per week

You seriously need to do more research and let us know your goals
 
mY goal is to become 230 lbs for solid muscle. i was on the right track but need help. i have just slacked for 2 months. is there anything for a pump. ive lost that. the reason i started to hit the wieghts is for my dad. my dad was a good size but was diagnosed with schleraderma and is only 115 lbs and is 53 yrs old.
 
How tall are you?
You need to start eating better. Eating habits will account for your progress, then training. Most people get it backwards and think they can eat whatever they want.
 
im 5"10 i was 165 when i started in a year and a half on working out with creatine and protein i got to 175 while on after each cycle i weigh about 195 when i stop it goes back to 185 but its all water. i eat right take a multi vitamin, creatine everything like im suppose to but i lose mass and gains. i was at 315 in august now i barely get 225. i ready to get into it again 110%. i just need help!
 
DIET.... and you may want to invest some money in a Post cycle therapy run...

after each cylce i take 1 1/2 cc of hcg for a week for two weeks then pop the clomid until i finish the package. is there anything to make ur jewels come back to normal. if taken everything if been told but would really like to know ur knowledge. thanks
