Hello,

I am a beginner and never used gear. I am a martial artist which trains 4 times a week and do moderate weights 3 times a week. I am 27, 6'0 tall and weigh 175lbs. and have about 19% body fat. I am not seeking big gains and would like to just get stronger and have more stamina (fat loss would be great as well).
I have one kit of GH, one vial of Test 400, and some Primo.

Can anyone suggest the correct usage for a person that wants to get ripped, strong and not big. I don't want to exceed my weight division when I fight in competitions.

Do I need any Arimidex or Nolvadex?

Any help would be appreciated.
 
With what you have I would go with:

1/2 cc Test 400 twice a week
1cc Primo once or twice a week
3 IU GH a day (half 1st thing upon waking)
(half later in afternoon or evening)
* 5 days on, 2 days off

Also, I would change your diet around and eat healthy if you really want to shed some fat and trim up. This is going to be the most important factor regardless of what gear you take.
 
What do you mean with eating healthy? I eat around 2000-2500 calories a day. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I drink Protein supplements 3 times a day and take a daily multi-vitamin. I am very concious about what I eat. No fast food, low fat, low carbs. Should I eat more calories or any particular type of food?

really??? Then why are you 19%BF? 6ft, 175lbs, 19%BF...Do you have any muscle?
 
my question would be, how long have you been eating healthy? If it was me I would first get my diet in check and then worry about gear.
