Help with cycle, PCT & gyno

I’m currenty in week 10 of the following cycle:
Week 1-15 - 350mg Enth / week
Week 1-14 - 375mg Eq / week

I didn’t use any anti-e during the first 7 weeks, but, during week 7 I noticed a small lump under my nipple. I started 20mg of Nolva ED and I ordered some AG guys Letrozole. I started off with about 0.5mg Letro ED for 5 days and the lump is still there. I upped it to 1mg today.

My questions are as follows:
#1 – Should I still be taking Nolva along with the Letro? (because I haven't been)
#2 – How long does it typically take for Letro to knock out a lump?
#3 – What is the max amount of Letro I should take in a day?

My PCT looks like this:
5 days after last test shot:
1,000 IUs HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 3x/week with 20mg Nolvadex ED and 50mg Clomid ED for the first 3 weeks.
After, I'll discontinue HCG and continue with 50mg Clomid ED for an additional 3 weeks.

Question #4 – Should I replace the nolva with letro in my PCT or discontinue letro once the lump is gone?

NO. No need for both.

#2 – How long does it typically take for Femera - letrozole - to knock out a lump?

Depends on the dose. Typically, 1.25mg ED for 6 weeks will knock out a good sized lump if the lump in fact came from progesterone gynecomastia.

#3 – What is the max amount of Femera - letrozole - I should take in a day?

2.5mg is the most I've heard of anyone taking. Forget about having any interest in pussy at this dose though.

I would quit the femera once the lump is gone and then get back on Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - to prevent estro rebound.

Nolvadex can reduce the effectiveness of letrozole. Don't take the two together. If you have the lump start with 2.5mg per day. Taper down as necessary.
