Help with cutting steroid...dilemma...hmm...

My goals are to gain 4lb and harden up even more. I've been on a strict low carb, high fat high protein diet for a while now. I'm pretty much stuck at 8.5% bf, I don't want to risk muscle loss so I thought of some type of mild steroid to help me out. I have 2 alternatives. The thing Is I'm pretty much satisfied with my hole body, one thing though....I can't get rid of the fat around my lower abs and also on the lover back. This is the area where I have the most stubborn fat. Alternative would be to go with winstrol at 50mg(IP winstrol tabs) per day for something like 50days. The winstrol would help me preventing muscle loss, and I might be able to loose that pound of fat around my lower abs/lower back..
Alternative 2 would be anavar at 40mg per day for 50days, or 30mg for 65 days. I've heard and red that the anavar can be helpfull getting rid of that stubborn fat around the lower abs and lower back, so maybe I should go with the anavar. The only thing is the price. For me an anavar cycle would be pretty expensive, but maybe It would be worth it??? Do U think I would be able to get rid of the stubborn fat with winstrol 50mg for 50days with a low calorie high fat, low carb, high protein diet???

Please give me some advice here.

BTW: I can't get yohimburn, I've already looked it up and the shipping would be pretty expensive so....
I want this to be a safe cycle..

I would go with the ox before the winny.I know the ox helped my lower abs.

Ok, what would be best with the goals I have..:
Alt 1: Anavar 40mg per day for 7 weeks.
Alt 2: Winstrol 50mg for 6-8 weeks with Yohimburn(not nomixing them both..)
Alt 3: Finaplix-h pellets(200) solved in yohimburn, mixing them both to get 60-100mg per application.

I can't afford a mix of them all, not even yohimburn with anavar(I think this would be the best one but just do not have the cash for it..)

What do U say?
