First of all I would like to tell everyone that this is my first post. I've been reading for a little while and have not come across a post that fits my needs. I am 23, 6 foot 1 and about 210 lbs. I have been on winny for about 5 weeks, about 50 mg / day. I am ath the point where I am going to get into the cutting stage and have a supply of Clen and T3.
I have done some research on the three "supplements" and have seen some sites that totally contradict each other. Here is what I have left in my supply:
250 5mg winny tabs
100 20mcg T3
75 40 mcg clen
I know that you should do a cycle something like this for the clen:
3 days at 60 mcg
3 days at 80 mcg
3 days at 100 mcg
3 days at 120 mcg
6 days at 140 mcg
3 days at 120 mcg
3 days at 100 mcg
3 days at 80 mcg
3 days at 60 mcg
This a 30 day cycle. I am a little worried about some of the things th I've heard about the T3. I just want to make sure the dosage I'm going to take is correct. I think I'm also supposed to pyramid the T# like the Clen, but at a lower dosage?
Is it a good idea to continue the winny at 40 mg per day, or should I slowly decrease the dosage with this cutting cycle?
Finally, how shoould I change my workout to maximize the results of these drugs? Should I do Higher reps, how often should I lift and how often should I do cardio. Is 40 minutes of cardio enough 5 times a week or do I need to do more.
