I just finished a prop only cycle for 4 weeks using a ketogenic diet to try and shed some BF before my next cycle. Right now I have started clomid therapy (day 1) and am also using insulin post workout only (10iu). This is my new "bridging diet" for the next four weeks. ANY suggestions or criticizms are welcome...just tryin' to do the right thing, ya know?
8am 3 scoops whey, 1/2c oats
10am 3 scoops whey, 1/2c oats
12pm 1 chicken breast, 1/4c oats
2pm 1 chicken breast, 1/4 cup oats
3:30 workout
5pm 10 iu slin, 2 scoops PHosphagen(dextrose, creatine) plus 20 g of glutamine
6pm 6 hard boiled egg whites
7pm same as 6pm
8pm some type of beef(8-10oz), broccolli, flax
10 pm same as 8 pm
multi vits and fish oil caps after 6pm
