I have been doing a lot of reading into this subject lately I have been working out for about 4 years and am looking to start a newbie cycle and from what I have read I think I want to primarily use deca (mainly because of the hair thinning issue seems everyone says this is the easiest on the hairline) Now my question is should I also use something else? I really don’t want to use more than two things if possible and I was thinking of a 10 to 12 week cycle I'm 6 foot and weight 200 pounds how much should I do a week? Thanks in advance.
