Help with 2nd Cycle: Deca/Test/Anavar

Friend is currently finishing his first cycle of Test E at 500 mg/week, and he is currently considering the following 2nd cycle:
400 mg Deca EW Weeks 1-10
250 mg Test E EW Weeks 1-10
40 mg Anavar ED Weeks 1-5
PCT Weeks 11-16
He is concerned about hairloss, so he'd like to minimize the use of testosterone, as he can't run propecia, which he is currently using, with test.

What do you think about replacing the DBol from the classic Test/Deca/Dbol cycle with Anavar? Want something to jump-start the cycle, but don't want anything as harsh on the liver or that will cause water retention like Dbol.

always run more test then deca, to combat 'deca dick'. do it like this

400 mg Deca EW Weeks 1-10
500 mg Test E EW Weeks 1-10
40 mg Anavar ED Weeks 1-5

put a ai in there like armidex or aifm....
