Help w/ Proviron

What's the proper dosage and timing of proviron? I'm about to start a sus/deca/dbol end with winny cycle.

When should I start to take the proviron and how much should I take?

Will this effectively control bloating and gyno? Will it cut into my gains?

I think you'd want to take proviron and nolvadex together. 50/10mg per day should be enough. I'd just split it into two doses and run it through the whole cycle.

Arimidex is preferred around here; if you can get it you can run that at .25-.50mg/day instead.

All anti-e's cut into your gains somewhat, but who wants to risk growing breasts?

I think most here will agree that Proviron will not hinder your gains, nor is it strong enough on its own to combat gyno. If you are worried about gyno, get some Nolva or Arimidex. What doses of sust/deca/dbol are you taking? I'd save your proviron for post cycle to improve your mood, and minimize any sexual disfunction. I know quite a few bros here will attest to the benefits of post cycle Proviron use.

I couldn't get arimidex!

Actually, the cycle is pretty light...

Deca 200 mg/wk weeks 1-10
Sust 250 mg/wk weeks 1-10
Dbol 30 mg/ed weeks 1-4

Winny 25 mg/ed weeks 7-12

Gyno really shouldn't even be a problem I guess. I'm more concerned with bloating.

Works well for me also. If you only have Proviron go with 50mg pd. On the cycle you are going on you should have little problem with E related sides... I believe the Proviron alone an such a cycle will be sufficient...

If you're prone to gyno, that cycle would do it. The doses are low though, but I'd still get nolva. What's the point of having a rock hard chest if they have a pair of titties attached to them?

I haven't used Proviron with test, but with Primo, I noticed a dramatic increase in hardness. I imagine Proviron would work very well for your intendended purpose. I'd probably go with 25-50mg ED.

With your cycle 50 mg of Proviron ED will save u from estrogens sides and will give u a harder look.
The effect of Proviron (this is for all AS) depends from person to person with me it worked alwais wonder.

Right now I'm using 50mg ed 25mg am 25mg pm w/ 750mg Omnadren. I'm definately not as bloated as I usually get w/ test but I'm still holding some water. I was taking 100mg ed and didn't notice much of a difference. I have noticed that I'm happier all the time...it does increase well being....
