HELP- W/NutropinAQ Please

I recieved some NutropinAQ and would like it if anyone can tell me ...How many American Units should I take?...my needles go up to 30 Units. Where do I inject it? How many times a day do I take it? Has anyone tried it? Does it work? If anyone can help me Please let me know...wanting to get started Thanks
