help using this board

I know this is a stupid question, but I have trouble finding my posts several days after I post them. I think this is because there are so many posts on this board. Maybe my posts are removed for being too confusing or something. Can some one explain to me how they go about finding their posts from several days back and checking their responses? I appreciate any help.

You can click the word "search" under your name on every post you make or you can click the search button in the upper right corner and put your name in the field for member name and search on that... http://boards.elitefitness.com/forum/search.php?s=
