Ok Im thinking about 500 test E and 400 Eq. 12 weeks can anyone give me a good pct. I want to use hcg is it worth it and how should i use it. Sound hard to use, do u have to keep the powder cold or just after u mix it. Doring, after or both. What about nolv doring. Will be first cycle doing reseach first. Should i use nolv and clom. Is there anything else.

Begin this cycle the week after last AAS intake.
Weeks one thru three: 1,000U HCG, IM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 20mg Nolvadex daily. [50mg clomid daily is added to the cycle if the athlete is coming off a prolonged (12 week+), 600mg+total, weekly AAS dosing (heavy)].

Weeks four thru six: 20mg Nolvadex daily. (50mg Clomid daily if you used it the first three weeks)

Weeks seven, eight: clean. Use this time to evaluate your previous AAS cycle and your recovery. Begin planning your next AAS cycle.

I have posted the following statement a million times, and still 95% of the steroid athletes ignore it: "Blood testing is essential to determine your baseline, see how your body reacts and to see if you recover."

I thought you dont start the nolv and clom till the gear is out of your system like 3 weeks or so. Thanks anyone else.

This thread will probably get moved to the PCT forum. You should check out that forum....plenty of good information.

To answer your question, you will read tons of information and testimonials regarding Clomid/Nolva starting up to three weeks after last poke....depending upon length of ester. While this may work, my experience is to follow Jenetic's and DrJMW's PCT protocol as listed above. This will certainly help you recover more quickly and keep the gains you have worked so hard to achieve.

And absolutely.....HCG is worth it. Gets your boys back to size ASAP plus gets your sex drive in high (or at least in gear). You'll need to learn how to properly mix it and use it so do a search on HCG. Plenty of threads will tons of good information area here.
