Hey bro's need your expertise, I am in the 4th week of my cycle which constists of weeks 123 only 1 ml omndren, the weeks 345678 with the dren 2ml of deca, here is my problem, I don't have any anti-e's on hand, I know I totally fucked up. I am not showing any signs of gyno at all, I have gotten some advice from some bro's on here about taking liquid Nolvadex 1 week after my last shot, 25 mg a day, another question is for how long so how many 25mg's should I be taking? For how many days after my last shot, Thanks

The rule of thumb is to use an aromatase inhibitor (aromasin/arimidex/femara) when using aromatizing AAS such as testosterone and to use an anti prolactin (dostinex/bromocriptine) when using nandrolones such as deca. Estrogen and or Prolactin management are both crucial components of a cycle in regards to side effect and recovery.

Before going any further, I understand you are using 250 mgs Omnadren EW in combination with Deca for a total of 8 weeks. What is your Deca dosage?

Hey bro, I am running 2oomgs of Deca. It looks as if my only option thus far is to go with a liquid anti e like the nova, at AG, what is your opionion? THX

I wouldn't be too worried right now. You are on what's considered to be a light cycle. I would recommend that use 20 mgs Nolvadex ED starting now and all the way through PCT. If it's possible, I would avoid liquid products. You get what you pay for.

Begin PCT one week after your last injection. PCT should consist of 1000 IUs HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) and 20 mgs Nolavadex ED for a total of 3 weeks. Then, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mg Nolvadex ED for an additional 3 weeks followed by blood work to evaluate your recovery.
