Help..sick of the same old contest diet

I am starting my 10 week contest diet this Saturday and honestly thinking about eating the same old diet makes me want to puke. I was wondering if there was a diet I could eat on to get me lean for my fitness show that is not just chicken and brocolli and broen rice, you know the usual boring stuff. I am 5'5", 140-145 now and 22 years old, my contest weight is about 128-130
I need a diet that works that is a bit different, anyone want to help please. I cannot bear eating the same stuff again, that is why it has been so difficult for me to even start a diet. Please help asap:bawling:

girl... it seems your heart just ain't into this shit huh? you either have to get used to the contest diet, or don't compete.. that is the sacrifice you make for stepping on stage... you either gotta love it, or don't even bother. If every competitor had a wonderful diet full of variety, you'd see us walking around with smiles on our faces at two weeks out of a show.. plain and simple, you have to sacrifice... and you have to get a plan... you are ten weeks out, and you still don't know what you are eating.. I tried helping you before, but I see from your posts, you don't want my help, so find someone, and ONLY listen to that one person.... whoever it is.

There are other sources of protein besides chicken, there are other veggoes besides broccoli, and there's plenty of carbs other than brown rice. I'm not sure what you want to know. Are you wanting to change the macronutrient structure of your diet?? Sure, go isocaloric or low carb or whatever if it's some novelty your lacking, but dieslgrl is right. Precontest diets are hard. That's why there are sooooo many "bodybuilders" that never compete. If the chicken/broccoli/brown rice type of diet has worked well for you in the past, then I see no reason to change it. However if you think you could come in better condition on the day, then feel free to experiment.......

Part of the success of pre comp diets is their monotony IMHO. If the food tastes too good, it's much easier to overeat. But hell, if you're truly hungry enough to want to pig out on broccoli and brown rice, then your body is telling you that hunger is real (rather than a craving for something yummy) and you should indulge it!
